As summer comes, for a fashion story, it is always easy to think about sun, ocean, beach,
etc…
As REVVER always tries to twist the conventions, I was wondering how to shoot a summer fashion story in a different way, a way that would still stick to the concept of summertime
and still fit the magazine’s style.
From the beginning I wanted to include some urban environment. I started to elaborate a story of two women that want to party for summer vacation… on a parking lot…
Our fashion story could be staged at night when the weather is still hot and humid even after
sunset.
Water is also an important visual element to describe summer vibes. We integrated it as our
two models played a lot with it.
Two girls partying from sunset to the dawn is also a way to express feelings and different atmospheres for a wonderful collection of swimming suits made by the Taiwanese designer
John Yuyi.
